Glass Complex Fire Closure Update

October 3, 2020 6:00 p.m. UPDATE - As a result of increased containment on the Glass Complex fire affecting Sonoma County, SRJC will be open for remote instruction and services beginning Monday, Oct. 5. Additionally, all campuses will be open for the limited number of in-person, socially distanced classes that are currently approved.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional updates if needed.

September 29, 6:00 p.m. UPDATE - Due to ongoing impacts from the Glass Complex fire, including evacuations and power outages in Sonoma County, SRJC will remain closed through Friday, Oct. 2. Activities and classes, including online classes and services, are canceled.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional information as needed.

September 28, 3:35 p.m. UPDATE - Due to ongoing impacts from the Shady fire, including ongoing evacuations and power outages in Sonoma County, SRJC will remain closed through Tuesday, Sept. 29. All activities and classes, including online classes and services, are canceled.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional information by tomorrow evening.

All activities and classes, including online classes and services, are canceled. We also ask that employees cancel any non-essential meetings for the day. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further information as it becomes available.
